Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices
All prices will apply for the German Federal Republic and Austria including legal V.A.T. For deliveries to other member states of the European Community we will further charge the currently valid V.A.T. in case value added tax identification number is not indicated. Delivery will be made after receipt of payment.
Carriage and Packing
Express delivery is possible on request of the recipient who will have to bear the ensuing costs.
Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw your order within two weeks upon receipt of the goods without giving reasons. CDs, DVDs and other audio-visual media can only be returned if sealing is intact.
Delivery Time
Within the German Federal Republic, Austria and Switzerland, orders will usually be ready for despatch within 48 hours (if ordered from Mon to Tue). Deliveries to countries within Europe will take 1-2 weeks, outside Europe 4 to 6 weeks, upon receipt of payment.
