After violent conflicts: How to treat mentally traumatized victims

For many generations, violent conflicts, oppression, persecution and war have characterized people´s lives in the Middle East. Many people are severely mentally traumatized. Trauma Workbook for Psychotherapy Students and Practitioners (English)

Trauma Workbook for Psychotherapy Students and Practitioners (Farsi)

Psychoedukation bei Traumastörungen: Manual für die Gruppenarbeit mit MigrantInnen und Geflüchteten (German)

It´s purpose is to give you a sense of security and protection. Your safe place can be anything you want it to be... Relaxation and breathing techniques could be added ...
